ORDERS WITHIN TURKEY

All orders within Turkey are shipped with Yurtiçi Kargo.

Delivery to your address will be made within 2-7 days. You can track the status of your shipment in the "My Orders" section on Vitolivo.com. Your tracking number will be provided in that section.

Shortly after you complete your order, you will receive an automated email confirming that your order has been received and providing details about the contents of your order. If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email. This email will contain the order tracking number, which you can use to track your order on Yurtiçi Kargo's website.

You can also click on the "My Orders" tab in the upper right corner to track the status of your orders. The status will change from pending to approved and finally to shipped. From there, you can click on the track shipment tab to be redirected to Yurtiçi Kargo\'s page and track the status of your package.

Your order will be delivered to the address you provided within 2-7 business days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be shipped on the next business day. The delivery time to your address may vary depending on your location. When receiving your package, you only need to provide your ID card and Turkish ID number to the courier.

If your package cannot be delivered because you are not present at the address, Yurtiçi Kargo will keep your package at the branch. If the package is not picked up from the branch, it will be returned to us and go through the automatic refund process

Vitolivo.com provides services within the borders of Turkey. The shipping fee may vary depending on the product dimensions.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The tracking number will be sent to you via email by the shipping company to inform you. The shipping time may vary depending on the region you ordered from (2-5 business days for Europe, 5-7 business days for America, and 7 business days worldwide). Please note that we do not provide delivery services on public holidays.

Customs and taxes:

Your local customs authority may require additional documents and time to inspect your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. If you cannot provide the identification document required by the local customs, your order will be returned, and all relevant return costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

In most cases, customs or import duties are charged when the package reaches the destination country.

Vito Livo has no control over these fees, and customs policies and import duties vary greatly from country to country, so we cannot tell you what the cost will be.
