1. By placing an order electronically through the website, you are considered to have accepted the pre-notification form and distance selling agreement provided to you.
2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
3. Shipping costs, which include shipment fees, will be paid by the buyers.
4. Each purchased product will be delivered to the person or organization at the address specified by the buyer, within the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the agreement.
5. The purchased product must be delivered in its entirety and in compliance with the specified qualities and accompanied by any applicable warranty documents, user manuals, and similar documents.
6. In the event that the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must inform the buyer of this situation in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of it. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
NON-PAYMENT OF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT:
7. If the buyer fails to pay the purchase price of the product or cancels the payment in the bank records, the seller\'s obligation to deliver the product ceases.
UNAUTHORIZEDS UE OF CREDIT CARD IN TRANSACTIONS:
8. After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the buyer\'s payment made with the credit card was wrongfully used by unauthorized persons and the sold product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the contract subject product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping expenses borne by the seller.
NON-DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT WITH UNFORESEEN REASONS:
9. If unforeseen circumstances arise that the seller could not foresee, preventing the timely delivery of the product, the situation will be notified to the buyer. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order and has made the payment in cash, the refund will be made in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the payment was made by credit card and the buyer cancels, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer it to the buyer's account.
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
10. Before accepting the goods/service subject to the contract, the buyer shall inspect it; and if there are any damaged or defective goods/services, such as dents, breakages, torn packaging, etc., the buyer shall not accept them from the shipping company. The received goods/services will be deemed undamaged and in good condition. The buyer must take care to protect the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal will be exercised, the goods/services should not be used. The invoice should also be returned with the product.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:
23. If the buyer defaults on the payment made with a credit card, the buyer acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they will pay interest in accordance with the credit card agreement between the cardholder bank and themselves, and be liable to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may resort to legal remedies; they may demand the expenses and attorney fees incurred from the buyer, and in any case where the buyer defaults on the debt, the buyer agrees to compensate the damages incurred by the seller due to the delayed performance of the debt.
